Choose change and higher placement whenever possible in front of all experiences (it will raise your vibration and release a piece of the lower self)

Commitment to the Spiritual to lead ones life - to live in a sacred way everyday

The ego will move between the dualities to either fight or hide, over place or under place importance on a situation. It operates in the extremes. Call in the HOST OF ANGELS to clear the way. We have to first surrender because we are creating a heaven on earth and the lower self cannot do it. Hold on to your heart’s desire and they Host of Angels) will work through you. Ask your guides what to do, how to do it or to just do it for you. Your work is to hold the heart’s desire.

BELIEF IS EVERYTHING

If we believe we can do it, it will happen.
Beliefs codes thought. Energy direction follows thought. Manifestation occurs when there is an emotion activated in similar resonance with that thought.

The Lesson

When we get “charged” (feel/express the lower emotions) it gets our attention and says something IN ME is not of a high vibrational nature in this situation .The feeling informs us and guides us to examine our feeling,thinking, what we are saying and seeing to determine what the limited belief is that we are holding in our subconscious mind that allows this negatively experienced situation to attract to us.
What keeps us in 3-D are the “lineage energy patterns” of limitation, lack and loss beliefs from not being able to get enough light and energy into our bodies to stay healthy, happy and loving when we all created darkly and separation and pain began in the dark era of the Precession times. Listen to the thinking and feel the feelings fully to read them and then get informed .Dont continue to feel and think from the lower self, be informed by them. Take the deep read of what your ego/3D self is saying, then you can release it and reset new higher more Divine beliefs. Ask, “Where is the limited belief?” Where is the “LIE”? The feeling body is the information system from the Creator. Look for “vibrational dissonance”. Pain is stuck energy when we operate out of lack and limited belief systems. Un block energy fields by releasing the limited imprinted belief systems of 3D experience on the planet in the dark veiled era and allow the LOVE energy of the Source to come into you, source you. The Heart Energy flowing freely through our body is where we feel bliss and joy.
We have to have a place of peace and code it into the present moment chaos. Code it in consciously and bring it into real time.
Thank God for being given this TIME The 2012 transition era ….that no longer serves us. This is the Witness.

Building the Light Body from the Law of Attraction

Choose to be in unconditional love whenever possible.
Eliminate judgment whenever possible as it does not resonate in 4^th & 5^th dimensions.
Practice forgiveness, release and reset. Embrace life at a higher level.
Be alert for opportunities to open, allow and accept what is in front of us.
Be in gratitude for all that is in your experience
Be in the present moment experience of the NOW whenever possiblw
Use intuition in place of the thinking mind to descide and analyze whenever possible

IN ORDER TO ASCEND:

Can’t take your baggage with you.
We MUST anchor in all that we are and RELEASE all that we are not.
We reach mastery as a creator god/goddess on earth.
We let go of the old and claim the new.
We co-create and communicate with the spiritual realms consciously all the time .
We build our light body by staying in high vibrational creating,experiencing and expressing in order to restore the 12-strand DNA that will activate our multi-dimensional capacities and allow us to become Powerful and Divine Creators of Heaven ON Earth.
